Area pengisian tabung LPG 3kg di Terminal LPG Tanjung Priok memiliki risiko keselamatan kerja yang signifikan akibat penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang belum optimal serta potensi bahaya mekanis, seperti rantai conveyor yang terlepas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat risiko, dan menetapkan langkah-langkah pengendalian menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aktivitas kerja, terutama pada proses bongkar muat dan pengisian tabung LPG 3kg, memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Beberapa potensi bahaya meliputi terjepit alat berat, terpapar tekanan tinggi, serta kebisingan berlebih. Penilaian risiko dilakukan berdasarkan skala severity dan likelihood, yang kemudian diklasifikasikan dalam matriks risiko. Diperlukan upaya pengendalian berupa penggunaan APD secara lengkap, penerapan prosedur kerja aman, perawatan berkala peralatan, serta pelatihan K3 secara berkelanjutan kepada pekerja. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan potensi kecelakaan dan membangun lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman, efisien, dan produktif di area pengisian LPG Terminal Tanjung Priok.

Abstract

[Analysis of K3 Risk in 3kg LPG Gas Filling Area Using Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) Method at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Jakarta - LPG Tanjung Priok] The 3kg LPG cylinder filling area at the Tanjung Priok LPG Terminal presents considerable occupational safety risks due to inadequate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and mechanical hazards, such as dislodged conveyor chains. This study aims to identify potential hazards, assess risk levels, and determine appropriate control measures using the HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) method. The analysis indicates that all work activities, especially unloading and filling processes, fall into high-risk categories. Hazards include entrapment by heavy equipment, exposure to high pressure, and excessive noise. Risk assessment is based on severity and likelihood, classified using a risk matrix. Effective control actions include complete PPE usage, implementation of safe work procedures, regular equipment maintenance, and ongoing occupational safety training. These strategies are essential to minimize the likelihood of accidents and foster a safer, more efficient, and productive work environment at the LPG filling area in Tanjung Priok Terminal.
