Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis hingga pemberian solusi yang sesuai dengan keadaan perusahaan menggunakan konsep DMAIC (define-measurement analyze-improve-control). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Pengumpulan data secara langsung dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan dan wawancara sehingga diperoleh data primer, sedangkan pengumpulan data secara tidak langsung dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data historis perusahaan sehingga diperoleh data sekunder. Pengiolahan data menggunakan konsep DMAIC lalu diperoleh akar-akar permasalahan dan solusi perbaikan berupa rekomendasi sistem antrian, strategi pemasaran, manajemen SDM, dan dasar pemilihan lokasi pendirian toko. Therefore, an analysis was carried out to provide solutions that were in accordance with the company's situation using the DMAIC (define measurement-analyze-improve-control) concept. The data collection method is done directly and indirectly. Direct data collection is done by field observations and interviews so that primary data is obtained, while indirect data collection is done by collecting company historical data so that secondary data is obtained. Data processing using the DMAIC concept then obtained the root causes of problems and improvement solutions in the form of recommendations for queuing systems, marketing strategies, HR management, and the basis for choosing the location of store establishment.
