Setelah melakukan perhitungan likelihood index dan severity index didapatkan aktivitas kerja yang memiliki potensi risiko rendah sebanyak 1 dengan persentase 4%, risiko sedang sebanyak 13 dengan persentase 46%, risiko tinggi sebanyak 7 dengan persentase 25% dan risiko ekstrim sebanyak 7 dengan persentase 25%. Pengendalian risiko dilakukan menggunakan hirearchy of controls yang diantarnya eliminasi (E), substitusi (S), engineering control (R), administrative control (A), personal protective equipment (P). Only in the warehouse area do the workers directly interact with materials and heavy equipment. Research was conducted using the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control) method to identify the hazards in more detail from the warehouse area's work activities and to analyze the potential work risks that may occur. The research involved direct observation, interviews with workers and supervisors, and the distribution of risk assessment questionnaires with likelihood and severity ratings. After calculating the likelihood index and severity index, it was found that there is one work activity with low potential risk, accounting for 4%, 13 activities with moderate risk, accounting for 46%, 7 activities with high risk, accounting for 25%, and 7 activities with extreme risk, accounting for 25%. Risk control is carried out using the hierarchy of controls, including elimination (E), substitution (S), engineering control (R), administrative control (A), and personal protective equipment (P).
