Penyebab terjadinya masalah ini disebabkan oleh fluktuasi demand departemen produksi serta perubahan jadwal pembuatan produk oleh PPIC. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perhitungan ulang terkait forecasting demand permintaan pihak produksi, penetapan safety stock dan juga penentuan re-order point. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan dan analisis untuk perhitungan forecasting, safety stock dan juga titik re-order point. Pada hasil forecasting dilakukan pemilihan pada metode holt winter dikarenakan nilai error yang lebih kecil daripada metode lain, untuk kebijakan safety stock sendiri ditetapkan sebesar 2226 part untuk Tapping Screw dan 2139 part untuk M-Nuts yang dipengaruhi oleh leadtime dan hasil forecast. Kemudian untuk hasil Re-Order Point adalah Tapping Screw sebesar 2261 parts dan M-Nuts sebesar 1881 parts yang mana kedua jumlah Re-Order Point itu mempertimbangkan jumlah safety stock. Rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat ditetapkan adalah menetapkan kebijakan safety stock dan juga re-order point. These consumable parts are 6 x 5/8 Stainless Steel Tapping Screws and M8 Stainless Steel T Nuts which are usually used to assemble Lexington products at PT Ebako Nusantara. The cause of this problem was due to fluctuations in demand in the production department and changes in the product manufacturing schedule by PPIC. Therefore, it is necessary to recalculate related to forecasting demand from production parties, determining safety stock and also determining re-order points. In this research, calculations and analysis were carried out for calculating forecasting, safety stock and also re order points. In the forecasting results, the Holt Winter method was chosen because the error value was smaller than other methods. The safety stock policy itself was set at 2226 parts for Tapping Screw and 2139 parts for M-Nuts which was influenced by lead time and forecast results. Then the Re-Order Point results are Tapping Screw of 2261 parts and M-Nuts of 1881 parts, where both Re-Order Point amounts take into account the amount of safety stock. Policy recommendations that can be established are establishing a safety stock policy and also a re-order point.
