Agrobisnis merupakan sektor ekonomi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara dengan menggabungkan pertanian dan bisnis. Di Indonesia, salah satu komoditas utama dalam agrobisnis adalah minyak kelapa sawit, yang memiliki peran strategis dalam industri pangan dan non pangan serta kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional. PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk merupakan perusahaan perkebunan yang terdiversifikasi dan terintegrasi, fokus pada produksi minyak kelapa sawit, benih unggul sawit, serta produk non-sawit. PT Aek Tarum, anak perusahaan PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk, memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan dengan penggunaan Bahan Bakar Solar B30 dalam berbagai proses operasional. Namun, selama 12 periode terakhir, PT Aek Tarum mengalami permasalahan dalam waktu tunggu dan penentuan titik Re-Order Point dan Safety Stock untuk pemesanan Bahan Bakar Solar B30 karena tidak adanya waktu pasti pengantaran dari supplier. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Min-Max Stock untuk mengoptimalkan pengendalian persediaan stok Bahan Bakar Solar di PT Aek Tarum. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi terkait frekuensi pemesanan, Re-Order Point, dan Safety Stock yang optimal, serta kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan bisnis PT Aek Tarum sebagai bagian dari grup PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk.

Abstract

[INVENTORY CONTROL OF B30 DIESEL FUEL IN PT AEK TARUM OPERATIONS USING THE MIN-MAX STOCK METHOD (Case Study: PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk)] Agribusiness is an economic sector that has an important role in a country's economic development by combining agriculture and business. In Indonesia, one of the main commodities in agribusiness is palm oil, which has a strategic role in the food and non-food industries and a significant contribution to the national economy. PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk is a diversified and integrated plantation company, focused on the production of palm oil, superior seeds, and non-salvage products. PT Aek Tarum, a subsidiary of PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk, has an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company by using B30 diesel fuel in various operational processes. However, during the last 12 periods, PT Aek Tarum experienced problems in waiting time and determining the Re-Order Point and Safety Stock for ordering B30 Solar Fuel due to the absence of exact delivery time from suppliers. Therefore, this research uses the Min-Max Stock method to optimise the inventory control of Solar Fuel stock at PT Aek Tarum. It is expected that the results of this study can provide recommendations regarding the optimal order frequency, Re-Order Point, and Safety Stock, as well as a positive contribution to the operational efficiency and business sustainability of PT Aek Tarum as part of the PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk group.
