Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja di PT Petro Oxo Nusantara menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control) dan HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study). Berfokus pada area Inside Battery Limit (ISBL), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko di lima area kerja: laboratorium, maintenance, safety, produksi, dan ISBL. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa risiko kerja bervariasi di setiap area, dengan risiko rendah di laboratorium hingga risiko tinggi di area safety. Rekomendasi pengendalian risiko diberikan berdasarkan hierarki pengendalian, seperti langkah administrative control melalui pemberian rambu-rambu, memberikan pelatihan dan memperketat SOP yang ada serta penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD). Secara keseluruhan penerapan metode HIRADC dan HAZOP efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja, mendukung tujuan perusahaan untuk mencapai zero accident. Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a critical aspect of industrial operations, particularly in efforts to prevent workplace accidents. PT Petro Oxo Nusantara, a company engaged in chemical manufacturing, faces significant accident risks in its activities, necessitating effective risk control measures. This study aims to analyze workplace accident prevention efforts at PT Petro Oxo Nusantara using the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control) and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) methods. Focusing on the Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) area, this research identifies hazards and risks in five work areas: laboratory, maintenance, safety, production, and ISBL. The analysis results indicate that work risks vary across different areas, ranging from low risk in the laboratory to high risk in the safety area. Risk control recommendations are provided based on the hierarchy of controls, including administrative controls such as signage, training, and tightening existing SOPs, as well as the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Overall, the implementation of HIRADC and HAZOP methods is effective in identifying and mitigating workplace accident risks, supporting the company's goal of achieving zero accidents.
