Demi menjaga kualitas BBMP, perusahaan rutin melakukan quality control setiap pagi hari. Kurangnya fasilitas kerja yang memperhatikan unsur ergonomi serta luasnya area penimbunan BBMP, menimbulkan keluhan gangguan otot rangka (GOTRAK) dan beban kerja fisik yang tinggi bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penyebab gangguan otot rangka dan potensi bahahaya faktor ergonomi menggunakan daftar periksa SNI 9011:2021 dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) serta menganalisis beban kerja fisik pekerja menggunakan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Hasil survei keluhan GOTRAK menunjukkan adanya keluhan pada area punggung bagian atas, punggung bagian bawah, dan pinggul dengan tingkat risiko gangguan otot dan rangka yang sedang. Hasil analisis potensi bahaya faktor ergonomi menunjukkan adanya potensi berbahaya yang terjadi akibat adanya postur janggal pada tubuh bagian atas dan tubuh bagian bawah serta faktor beban yang diangkat oleh pekerja. Dengan bantuan metode analisis Rapid Upper Limb Assessment, penambahan Avtur Sampling Trolley (AST), Avtur Controlling Station (ACS), dan Nozzle dengan pompa tenaga surya dapat menurunkan risiko terjadinya gangguan otot rangka dari level sangat tinggi menjadi sedang. The lack of work facilities that pay attention to ergonomics and the large area of BBMP stockpiling cause complaints of skeletal muscle disorders (GOTRAK) and high physical workload for workers. This study was conducted to analyze the causes of skeletal muscle disorders and potential hazardous ergonomic factors using the SNI 9011:2021 checklist and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and to analyze the physical workload of workers using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. The results of the GOTRAK complaint survey showed complaints in the upper back, lower back, and hip areas with a moderate risk level of muscle and skeletal disorders. The results of the ergonomic factor potential hazard analysis show that there is a potential hazard that occurs due to awkward postures in the upper body and lower body and the load factors lifted by workers. With the help of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment analysis method, the addition of Avtur Sampling Trolley (AST), Avtur Controlling Station (ACS), and Nozzle with solar pump can reduce the risk of skeletal muscle disorders from a very high level to moderate.
