PT XYZ adalah perusahaan produsen gas dan minyak utama di Indonesia yang berkontribusi dalam pemenuhan energi nasional. Ditemui masalah pada penilaian ergonomi kantor yang mempunyai skor > 5 yang berarti tempat kerja membutuhkan penilaian lebih lanjut dan perubahan harus dipertimbangkan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis postur kerja dan potensi bahaya ergonomi menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) dan SNI 9011:2021. QEC digunakan untuk memmvalidasi nilai yang sudah didapatkan sebelumnya dengan mempertimbangkan 2 prospek, yaitu pekerja dan pengamat. SNI 9011:2021 digunakan untuk menganalisis risiko MSDs dan menemukan rekomendasi perbaikan yang cocok menggunakan affinity diagram. Setelah data yang dibutuhkan cukup dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menghitung nilai Exposure Level (E) dan melakukan analisis dengan kuisioner SNI 9011:2021. Setelah melakukan analisis, rekomendasi diusulkan untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan pekerja perusahaan.

Abstract

[Analysis of Work Posture and Ergonomic Hazard Potential for Employees of Access Control System (ACS) & Radio Room HSSE/SEC Divition PT XYZ] PT XYZ is a leading gas and oil producer in Indonesia that contributes to meeting national energy needs. Issues were identified in the office ergonomic assessment, which scored above 5, indicating that the workplace requires further evaluation and potential changes. Therefore, an analysis of work posture and ergonomic hazard potential was conducted using the Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) and SNI 9011:2021 methods. QEC was used to validate the previously obtained scores by considering two perspectives: the worker and the observer. SNI 9011:2021 was utilized to analyze the risk of MSDs and to identify suitable improvement recommendations using an affinity diagram. Once sufficient data was collected, data processing was performed by calculating the Exposure Level (E) and conducting analysis with the SNI 9011:2021 questionnaire. Following the analysis, recommendations were proposed to enhance the safety and comfort of the company's workers.
