Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas mesin stamping NAGAO 75TS di PT Bimuda Karya Teknik dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan analisis Six Big Losses. Dari hasil evaluasi selama periode 2 hingga 31 Oktober 2023, ditemukan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE mesin adalah 23,007%, dengan availability sebesar 45,507%, performance rate sebesar 50,687%, dan quality rate sebesar 100%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja mesin masih jauh dari standar global dan memerlukan peningkatan signifikan. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan rendahnya efektivitas mesin adalah Idling and Minor Stoppages Losses, yang disebabkan oleh waktu non-produktif yang signifikan. Rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup peningkatan keterampilan dan perhatian pekerja, penerapan sistem reward and punishment, perencanaan overhaul mesin yang lebih baik, pengadaan spare part yang memadai, dan peningkatan budaya autonomus maintenance. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas mesin stamping NAGAO 75TS dan mendekati standar global.

Abstract

[EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE NAGAO 75 T (A5) MACHINE THROUGH TPM IMPLEMENTATION USING OEE AND THE SIX BIG LOSSES METHOD AT PT BIMUDA KARYA TEKNIK] This study evaluates the effectiveness of the NAGAO 75TS stamping machine at PT Bimuda Karya Teknik using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and Six Big Losses analysis. Based on the evaluation conducted from October 2 to October 31, 2023, it was found that the average OEE value of the machine is 23.007%, with an availability of 45.507%, a performance rate of 50.687%, and a quality rate of 100%. These values indicate that the machine's performance is far below the global standard and requires significant improvement. The main factor contributing to the low effectiveness is Idling and Minor Stoppages Losses, caused by significant non-productive time. The improvement recommendations include enhancing worker skills and attention, implementing a reward and punishment system, better planning of machine overhauls, adequate spare part procurement, and fostering a culture of autonomous maintenance. Implementing these recommendations is expected to improve the effectiveness of the NAGAO 75TS stamping machine and bring it closer to the global standard.
