Permasalahan ini mengakibatkan kerugian biaya yang signifikan, sehingga diperlukan metode pengendalian persediaan yang lebih efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung nilai Inventory Turn Over (ITO), Safety Stock (SS), Re-Order Point (ROP), dan Order Quantity (Q) menggunakan metode Min-Max Stock, serta membandingkan kebijakan persediaan perusahaan saat ini dengan metode Min-Max Stock. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari perusahaan selama periode tahun 2023, yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan ITO, SS, ROP, dan Q berdasarkan metode Min-Max Stock. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode Min-Max Stock memberikan kontrol persediaan yang lebih optimal dibandingkan kebijakan persediaan perusahaan saat ini. Sebagai contoh, pada item code 58-14-28-067 dengan material berupa V-Belt - Drive Mfg: Mitsuboshi Size: 5VX 800, diperoleh nilai Safety Stock (SS) sebanyak 5 unit, Minimum Stock dan Re-Order Point (ROP) sebanyak 20 unit, Order Quantity (Q) sebanyak 30 unit, dan Maximum Stock sebanyak 35 unit. Metode Min-Max Stock mampu meningkatkan nilai ITO dan efisiensi saldo persediaan akhir, sehingga mengurangi risiko kekurangan dan kelebihan persediaan. Rekomendasi kebijakan persediaan meliputi penyesuaian titik pemesanan ulang dan jumlah persediaan minimum-maksimum. This research was conducted to overcome the problem of overstock and stockout in controlling routine material inventory in the company. This problem results in significant cost losses, so more effective inventory control methods are needed. The aim of this research is to calculate the Inventory Turn Over (ITO), Safety Stock (SS), Re-Order Point (ROP), and Order Quantity (Q) values using the Min-Max Stock method, as well as comparing the company's current inventory policy with the Min method. -Max Stock. This research uses secondary data from companies during the 2023 period, which was collected through observation and interviews. The analytical method used includes ITO, SS, ROP, and Q calculations based on the Min-Max Stock method. The analysis results show that the Min-Max Stock method provides more optimal inventory control compared to the company's current inventory policy. For example, in item code 58-14-28-067 with material in the form of V-Belt - Drive Mfg: Mitsuboshi Size: 5VX 800, a Safety Stock (SS) value of 5 units, Minimum Stock and Re-Order Point (ROP) is obtained. 20 units, Order Quantity (Q) 30 units, and Maximum Stock 35 units.
