Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta analisis Six Big Losses digunakan dalam membantu pengukuran effektivitas penggunaan mesin Forklift TCM serta Six Big Losses digunakan untuk mengukur downtime terbesar dalam penggunaan mesin Forklift TCM. Penggunaan diagram fishbone digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab kegagalan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kegagalan tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah nilai efisiensi total (OEE) sebesar 44,220%. Nilai efisiensi ini kecil jika mengacu pada standar yang dianjurkan oleh Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM). Nilai OEE yang rendah dari mesin forklift tcm ini disebabkan oleh kinerja, efisiensi, dan ketersediaan yang rendah. Dikarenakan rendahnya nilai efisiensi maka diberikan saran dan ide yang dapat direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE dari mesin Forklift TCM. In its business process PT Krakatau Argo Logistics faces challenges in moving materials using forklifts, with downtime causing delays in loading unloading Hot Rolled Coil products. To overcome this problem, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Six Big Losses analysis are used to help measure the effectiveness of using the TCM Forklift machine and Six Big Losses are used to measure the biggest downtime in using the TCM Forklift machine. The use of fishbone diagrams is used to identify the root cause of failure and analyse the factors that most affect the failure. The results obtained in this study are the total efficiency value (OEE) of 44.220%. This efficiency value is small when referring to the standards recommended by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM). The low OEE value of the tcm forklift machine is caused by low performance, efficiency, and availability. Due to the low efficiency value, suggestions and ideas are given that can be recommended to increase the OEE value of the TCM Forklift engine.
