PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER DENGAN PENDEKATAN FUZZY ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (FANP) PADA DEPARTEMEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PT. GENERAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING INDONESIA

Abstract

Problem pemilihan supplier merupakan salah satu isu penting, karena pemilihan supplier menjadi bagian dari sebuah supply chain maka hubungan tersebut akan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kelangsungan produksi diantaranya industri manufaktur. PT GE Lighting Indonesia masih menggunakan metode persaingan harga termurah pada saat ini dalam menentukan supplier mana yang akan digunakan untuk memenuhi komponen Glass Bulb yang merupakan salah satu dari komponen kritis pendukung incandescent lamp, sehingga sangat memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam memilih supplier. Padahal pemilihan supplier ini sangat penting dan perusahaan belum memperhatikan biaya total produksi akibat dari pemilihan supplier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria penilaian kinerja supplier yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi perusahaan menggunakan pendekatan oleh Dickson’s Vendor Selection Criteria (Weber, Charles A., et al, 1991) dan Chen (2010). Dan juga mendapatkan peringkat kinerja supplier menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh 6 kriteria dan 19 subkriteria pemilihan supplier. Kriteria terpenting adalah kriteria Technology Capability dengan bobot 0,70511. Supplier yang direkomendasikan adalah PT. L, dengan nilai performansi tertinggi yaitu 0,28702.

ABSTRACT

Supplier selection problem is one of important issue, because the supplier selection is a part of supply chain then the relationship have a tremendous influence on the continuity of production including manufacture industry. PT GE Lighting Indonesia is still use the cheapest price at that time to choose which suppliers will be used to supply The Glass Bulb component, which is one of the critical components of incandescent lamp, so it is possible the occurrence of errors in selecting suppliers. Though the selection of supplier is very important and the company has not noticed the total cost of production as a result of supplier selection. The purpose of this research is to determine the criteria which is adjusted with manufacture’s condition by Dickson's approach to Vendor Selection Criteria (Weber, Charles A., et al, 1991) and Chen (2010). And also to attain suppliers performance rank using the method of Fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP). Based on the result, there are 6 criteria and 19 subcriteria supplier selection. The most important criteria is Technology Capability with 0.70511 weights. The best recommended supplier is PT. L, with the highest performance value 0,28702.
