Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar probabilitas kesalahan dan keandalan PPKA NX dalam menjalankan tugasnya, maka diperlukan perhitungan keandalan manusia dengan metode SPAR-H (Standardized Plant Analysis Risk Human Reliability Analysis) untuk meminimasi kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keandalan PPKA NX dalam kondisi darurat. Hasil penelitian ini berupa nominal reliability (R) yang didapat dari perhitungan 1-HEP, dan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meminimasi kesalahan yang terjadi. Dari hasil perhitungan, nilai HEP (Human Error Probability) PPKA NX antara 0,0524 hingga 0,5013,dan nilai keandalan operator antara 0,4988 dan 0,9476. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan keandalan PPKA NX memiliki keandalan kerja yang tinggi, karena hanya ada satu tugas yaitu tertib perjalanan KA sesuai gapeka yang nilai keandalan kerja rendah 0,4988. Abstract PPKA NX (Train Travel Controller) has a very vital role because it controls how to avoid accidents in rail travel by pressing the number of buttons on the desk services. However, in arranging the train travel, emergency conditionsoften occured which can cause service and communication errors when setting train travel. PPKA NX has a big responsibility as it relates to the lives of rail passengers if an accident occured, so when performing its job it requires high reliability. To find out how much the error probability and reliability of PPKA NX in performing their duties, requires the calculations of human reliability using SPAR-H (Standardized Plant Analysis Risk Human Reliability Analysis) method to minimize human error. This study aims to analyze the reliability of PPKA NX in emergency conditions. The results of this study are nominal reliability (R) obtained from the calculation of 1 - HEP, and recommendations for improvements to minimize errors occured. From the calculation, the value of HEPs (Human Error Probabilities) of PPKA NX are between 0.0524 to 0.5013, and the value of the reliability of the operators are between 0.4988 and 0.9476.
