Abstract The rubber industry plays a crucial role in meeting high consumer demand; however, reliance on machinery and manual labor poses risks of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to non-ergonomic and repetitive postures. At PT. Indo Java Rubber Planting, workers on the Creeper 2 machine experience significant musculoskeletal complaints, indicating the need for ergonomic assessment. This study aims to analyze work posture using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method to identify risk factors and provide improvement recommendations to enhance worker safety and productivity. Abstrak
