ANALISIS POSTUR KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE CMDQ DAN ROSA DENGAN STUDI KASUS FUNGSI HUMAN RESOURCES PT PERTAMINA LUBRICANTS

PT Pertamina Lubricants (PTPL) merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PT PPN)
yang berfokus pada produksi, pengolahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan, penyaluran, dan pemasaran
pelumas, grease, specialities product dan base oil, serta bahan bakunya. Salah satu divisi yang ada di PT
Pertamina Lubricants adalah Fungsi Human Resources yang bertugas untuk mengurus segala hal yang
berkaitan dengan organisasi dan tenaga kerja. Pekerjaan tersebut diselesaikan menggunakan komputer
dengan posisi duduk selama kurang lebih 8-10 jam sehingga risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs)
semakin tinggi. Sebagai upaya pencegahan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), dilakukan analisis
menggunakan metode Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) dan Rapid Office Strain
Assessment (ROSA). Berdasarkan pengolahan data CMDQ diperoleh hasil bahwa keluhan tertinggi
terdapat pada bagian lower back (16%), upper back (9%), dan neck (9%). Hasil skor ROSA menyatakan
bahwa seluruh sampel pekerja memperoleh skor > 5 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori berbahaya. Dapat
disimpulkan bahwa diperlukan rekomendasi perbaikan pada postur kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan kebiasaan
kerja serta lingkungan fisik kerja untuk mereduksi kemungkinan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders
(MSDs).

[ANALYSIS OF WORK POSTURE USING CMDQ AND ROSA METHOD WITH A CASE STUDY OF
HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTION OF PT PERTAMINA LUBRICANTS] PT Pertamina Lubricants
(PTPL) is a PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PT PPN) subsidiary that focuses on the production, processing,
transportation, storage, distribution and marketing of lubricants, grease, speciality products and base oil,
also their raw materials. Human Resources Function in PTPL manages all matters relating to the
organization and workforce. The work is completed using a computer in a sitting position for 8-10 hours
so that the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) is higher. As an effort to prevent Musculoskeletal
Disorders (MSDs), an analysis was carried out using the Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires
(CMDQ) and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) methods. Based on CMDQ data processing, the
results show that the highest complaints are found in the lower back (16%), upper back (9%), and neck
(9%). The results of the ROSA score stated that all sample workers obtained a score > 5 which was included
in the dangerous category. It can be concluded that recommendations for improvements to working posture,
work facilities, work habits and the physical work environment are needed to reduce the possibility of
Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints.
