Abstrak
Dalam menjalankan usaha, industry oil & gas terdampak oleh pengaruh eksternal, salah satunya adalah
terhadap komoditas yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dimana terdapat jangka waktu yang panjang dari
rencana pembelian hingga ke produksi yang menyebabkan risiko volatility market yang besar. Untuk
meminimalkan dampak pengaruh eksternal, diperlukan strategi untuk mengoptimalkan dalam pembuatan
kontrak tender agar menguntungkan perusahaan. Pengaruh eksternal mencangkup pengaruh inflasi,
peningkatan harga oil & gas, interest rate, dan exchange rate. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka
diperlukan sourcing method, approach, dan strategy untuk mengantisipasi pengaruh eksternal terhadap
komoditas.

running a business, the oil & gas industry is influenced by external influences, one of which is the
commodities used by companies where there is a long period of time from planned purchases to production
which causes a large risk of market volatility. To minimize external impacts, a strategy is needed to optimize
tender contracts to benefit the company. External influences include the effects of inflation, increases in oil
& gas prices, interest rates, and exchange rates. Based on these problems, it is necessary to source methods,
approaches, and strategies to anticipate external influences on commodities.
