Dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran beban kerja mental NASA-TLX, didapati terdapat 3 orang pekerja yang mengalami beban kerja mental yang berat dari 6 orang pekerja yang diteliti pada departemen workshop. Urutan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi yaitu Mental Demand (MD), Temporal Demand (TD), Physical Demand (PD), Own Performance (OP), Effort (EF) dan Frustration Level (FL). Every workers on an industry should be given work equal to their capabilities, because the optimalization of workload willreduce physical and mental exhaustion of the workers. On PMKS Sei Basau PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa, there has been complaints by the workers of workshop department about working on a stresful environment with little time allocated to do their work. These complaints indicate an abnormal state of mental workload of the workers. Using NASA-TLX method for measuring mental workload 3 out of 6 workshop department workers are indicated with heavy mental workload. Mental factors that prove to be the most influential in their work from the most influential to the least influential are Mental Demand (MD), Temporal Demand (TD), Physical Demand (PD), Own Performance (OP), Effort (EF) dan Frustration Level (FL).
