Dilema lainya, beberapa komponen menentapkan pembelian dengan sistem minimum quantity sedangkan perusahaan memiliki keterbatasan anggaran. Mengingat perusahaan berjenis make to order, maka hal tersebut menjadi masalah. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk merancang usulan strategic purchasing dan model kriteria pemilihan supplier dalam pembelian komponen Tower Lamp Hybrid. Terdapat 2 metode yang digunakan penelitian ini, pertama perancangan persebaran 21 komponen pada model Kraljic Portofolio dengan perhitungan fuzzy multi attribute decision making (FMADM) menghasilkan 8 komponen pada kuadran non-critical, 2 komponen pada kuadran bottleneck, 3 komponen pada kuadran leverage, dan 8 komponen pada kuadran strategic. Kedua, Keterkaitan strategic purchasing dengan hasil prioritas kriteria supplier selection di kuadran strategic menghasilkan 3 kriteria supplier selection sebagai prioritas pertama dan 4 kriteria supplier selection sebagai prioritas kedua. Initially, Towerlamp production was in China, with plans to localize the production process in Cikarang, West Java. 21 Tower Lamp Hybrid components are known to have no clear contract management mechanism; this is because the new product still needs to take steps to take a good purchasing strategy. The components selected by the company only assess the flexibility of price and quality of raw materials. Another dilemma, some components determine purchases with a minimum quantity system while the company has a limited budget. Given that the company is a make-to-order type, this is a problem. This research focuses on designing a strategic purchasing proposal and supplier selection criteria model for purchasing Tower Lamp Hybrid components. There are two methods used in this study, first designing the distribution of 21 components in the Kraljic Portfolio model with fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making (FMADM) calculations resulting in 8 components in the non-critical quadrant, two components in the bottleneck quadrant, three components in the leverage quadrant, and eight components in the strategic quadrant. Second, the strategic purchasing linkage with the results of supplier selection criteria prioritization in the strategic quadrant resulted in 3 supplier selection criteria as the priority and four supplier selection criteria as the second priority.
