ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR) DAN ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) (STUDI KASUS: PT TIRTA INVESTAMA KLATEN)

PT Tirta Investama Klaten merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam produksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) AQUA. Dalam proses rantai pasoknya, perusahaan ini mengalami permasalah yaitu tidak tercapainya target Delivery Service Level (DSL) dan Plan Service Level (PSL) dengan minimal nilai sebesar 95% oleht. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data laporan harian selama 1 bulan terakhir dalam kurun waktu 1 Januari 2022 – 31 Januari 2022. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan evaluasi mengenai kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui performansi kinerja rantai pasok, mengidentifikasi indikator yang bermasalah, serta menentukan usulan perbaikan pada indikator tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan metode SCOR yang dapat mengukur seluruh proses inti rantai pasok dari hulu hingga hilir. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan lima proses inti dan dijabarkan dalam setiap atribut dan metrik-metrik kinerja yang disajikan dalam bentuk Key Performance Indikator (KPI). Selain itu, juga dilakukan pembobotan tiap metrik menggunakan AHP. Menurut hasil penelitian, didapatkan total kinerja rantai pasok PT Tirta Investama Klaten adalah sebesar 95,317 yang masuk dalam kategori ‘exellent’. Namun, masih terdapat indikator kinerja yang masuk dalam kategori ‘average’ yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan perbaikan.

Abstract

Analysis of Supply Chain Performance Measurement Using Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). PT Tirta Investama Klaten is a company engaged in the production of bottled drinking water (AMDK) AQUA. In its supply chain process, the company is facing issues related to the non-achievement of the Delivery Service Level (DSL) and Plan Service Level (PSL) targets, with a minimum value of 95%. This can be observed from the daily reports data over the past month, from January 1, 2022, to January 31, 2022. Therefore, an evaluation of the company's supply chain performance is needed, with the aim of understanding the performance of the supply chain, identifying problematic indicators, and determining proposed improvements for those indicators. This study discusses the measurement of supply chain performance using the SCOR method, which can measure all core processes of the supply chain from upstream to downstream. The measurement is based on five core processes and is elaborated on each attribute and performance metrics presented in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, weighting is also conducted for each metric using the AHP method. According to the research results, the total supply chain performance of PT Tirta Investama Klaten is 95.317, which falls into the 'excellent' category. However, there are still performance indicators that fall into the 'average' category, which require priority for improvement.
