Dalam proses produksinya, terdapat berbagai macam potensial bahaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Berdasarkan data dan wawancara, terdapat kasus-kasus kecelakaan kerja yang telah terjadi pada setiap tahunnya. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena perusahaan tersebut belum mampu mendeteksi seluruh potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja. Dalam mendeteksi semua potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja perlu adanya identifikasi bahaya Job safety analysis (JSA). Untuk meminimalisasi potensi bahaya, maka diperlukan identifikasi, penilaian dan pengendalian risiko (HIRARC-Hazard Identifikacion, Risk Assessment, dan Risk Control) untuk manajemen risiko. Penilaian risiko menggunakan metede semi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan risk matrik yang menyatakan level risiko yang dimiliki setiap langkah pekerjaan meliputi level extreme, high, moderate, dan low. Pada risiko extreme ditemukan 3 potensi risiko antara lain iritasi mata akibat proses pengelasan, iritasi mata akibat proses gerinda, dan gangguan pendengaran. Sementara itu, terdapat 7 potensi risiko kategori high antara lain luka gores atau sayat, patah tulang, kecacatan, luka bakar, terkena percikan api, gangguan pernapasan, pegal otot, dan terjatuh. Langkah pengendalian risiko yang disarankan meliputi eliminasi, substitusi, pengendalian teknis, pengendalian administratif, serta penggunaan APD. This can happen because the company has not been able to detect all the potential hazards of work accidents. In detecting all potential hazards of work accidents, it is necessary to identify the hazards of Job safety analysis (JSA). To minimize potential hazards, it is necessary to identify, assess and control risks (HIRARC-Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) for risk management. The risk assessment uses a semi-quantitative method using a risk matrix that states the level of risk possessed by each step of the work including extreme, high, moderate, and low levels. At the extreme risk, 3 potential risks were found, including eye irritation due to the welding process, eye irritation due to the grinding process, and hearing loss. Meanwhile, there are 7 potential risks in the high category, including cuts or cuts, fractures, disabilities, burns, sparks, respiratory problems, muscle aches, and falls. The recommended risk control measures include elimination, substitution, technical control, administrative control, and the use of PPE.
