PT. Ebako Nusantara merupakan perusahaan furnture di Semarang. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas rantai pasoknya, perusahaan ini sering mengalami masalah pada proses pengadaan dan pengiriman. Pada departemen purchasing sering mengalami keterlambatatan datangnya raw material dan ketidaksesuaian kualitas material sehingga berpengaruh terhadap jadwal produksi di lantai produksi sehingga PT. Ebako Nusantara harus mengeluarkan biaya tambahan untuk penyimpanan dan pengembalian, dan keterlambatan pembayaran terhadap pemasok sehingga pemasokpun mengirimkan barang lewat dari batas yang sudah ditentukan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan evaluasi mengenai kinerja rantai pasok departemen Departemen Purchasing bertujuan untuk mengetahui performansi kinerja rantai pasok, mengidentifikasi proses inti yang bermasalah, dan memberikan usulan perbaikan bagi proses inti yang bermasalah. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dengan menggunakan model Suppy Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dimana mengukur proses inti rantai pasok. Pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan 5 proses inti kemudian dijabarkan dalam setiap atribut dan metrik kinerja melalui pendekatan proses bisnis Divisi Procurement dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) diambil dari jurnal internasional. Selain itu juga dilakukan pembobotan tiap level menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Menurut hasil penelitian, didapatkan total kinerja rantai pasok Departemen Purchasing sebesar 49,29 yang masuk dalam kategori marginal.

Abstract

[SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT USING SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE (SCOR) AND ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) APPROACH] PT. Ebako Nusantara is an furniture manufacturing company in Semarang. In carrying out its supply chain activities, this company often fixes problems in the procurement and shipping process. At the Purchasing department often delaying the arrival of raw materials and the mismatch of the amount of raw materials so that it affects the production schedule on the production floor, often there is also a discrepancy report and specifications of goods PT. Ebako Nusantara must incur additional costs for storage and shipping, and delay payment to the supplier so that the supplier sends the goods over the time limit. Therefore an evaluation of the supply chain needed by the aircraft procurement department is required to find out the performance of the supply chain, manage the core processes that are problematic, and provide improvements to the core processes that are problematic. In this study discusses the supply chain performance appraisal using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model which measures the supply chain core process. Measurements were made based on 5 core processes then announced in each attribute and assessment metric through the business process of the Procurement Division and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) taken from international journals. It also weighted each level using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). According to the results of the study, the total supply chain performance obtained by the Purchasing Department was 49.29 included in the marginal category.
