ANALISIS PENJADWALAN LIFTING PRODUK PERTAMAX DENGAN METODE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT PLANNING (STUDI KASUS : PT. PERTAMINA TBBM BOYOLALI)

TBBM Boyolali merupakan bagian dari PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region IV yang bertugas melaksanakan kegiatan penerimaan, penimbunan, dan penyaluran BBM (Pertamax, Premium, Pertalite, dan Biosolar) untuk masyarakat. Penerimaan BBM/BBK TBBM Boyolali dari Lomanis, Cilacap melewati dua TBBM lain, yaitu TBBB Maos dan TBBM Rewulu. Moda transportasi yang digunakan adalah moda transportasi Pipa Cilacap – Boyolali (CY 2). Penerimaan BBM/BBK TBBM Boyolali dijadwalkan oleh tim dari MOR IV. Divisi Receiving, Storage, and Distribution akan menerima Batching Program setiap bulan dari MOR IV. Masalah yang terjadi adalah adanya perubahan Batching Program dengan cara melakukan penjadwalan penerimaan produk pertamax dari supply ponit TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap ke TBBM Boyolali. Maka, dilakukan penelitian untuk meminimalisir masalah tersebut, menghitung peramalan terhadap produk pertamax, mengetahui penjadwalan lifting penerimaan produk pertamax dari supply point TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap ke TBBM Boyolali, serta mengetahui dan memberikan saran penjadwalan dengan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP). Batasan penelitian yang dibuat adalah bahwa produk yang diteliti hanya pertamax untuk bulan Januari 2019, operasi penerimaan BBM/BBK dari supply ponit TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap langsung menuju TBBM Boyolali, dan dengan data yang digunakan adalah data hasil penjualan produk pertamax tanggal 1 Desember 2018 – 31 Desember 2018. Berdasarkan perhitungan dan penjadwalan DRP pemesanan dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Januari 2019. Sedangkan, pada realisasinya pemesanan dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali dengan kapasitas pengiriman yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

TBBM Boyolali is part of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region IV which is tasked with carrying out the activities of admission, warehouse, and distribution of FUEL (Pertamax, Premium, Pertalite, and Biosolar) for the community. Receiving FUEL/BBK TBBM Boyolali from Lomanis, Cilacap passed two other TBBM, namely TBBB Maos and TBBM Rewulu. The mode of transportation used is the mode of transportation of Cilacap – Boyolali (CY 2). Receiving FUEL/BBK TBBM Boyolali is scheduled by the team from MOR IV. The Receiving, Storage, and Distribution divisions will receive the Batching Program every month from the MOR IV. The problem is a change in Batching Program by scheduling the acceptance of the first product from the supply of Ponit TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap to TBBM Boyolali. Therefore, research to minimize the problem, calculate the forecasting on the first product, know the scheduling lifting of first product receipt from the supply point TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap to TBBM Boyolali, and know and Provide scheduling suggestions with the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method. The limitation of research made is that the product is researched only first for the month of January 2019, the operation of FUEL/BBK acceptance of the supply of Ponite TBBM Lomanis, Cilacap directly to TBBM Boyolali, and with the data used is the result data Sale of first product on 1 December 2018 – 31 December 2018. Based on the calculation and scheduling of DRP booking was conducted on 6 January 2019. Meanwhile, on the realization of the booking is done 8 times with different delivery capacity.
