ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKTIVITAS BONGKAR MUAT KAPAL BATUBARA (STUDI KASUS PT PELINDO III TANJUNG INTAN CILACAP)

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) merupakan pelabuhan milik pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi bongkar muat produk. Dalam pelaksanaannya perusahaan tersebut memiliki perusahaan bongkar muat (PBM) yang berfokus pada kegiatan bongkar muat kapal. Dari data produktivitas bongkar muat kapal batubara selama 12 bulan terakhir, didapatkan kinerja perusahaan bongkar muat mengalami fluktuatif. Dari permasalahan tersebut peneliti akan mencari tau apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas bongkar muat kapal. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi, terindikasi variabel kecepatan bongkar dan jumlah gank masing-masing mempengaruhi produktivitas bongkar muat kapal batubara secara parsial dengan masing-masing bernilai negatif (-), yang artinya semakin tinggi nilai variable nya, maka produktivitas bongkar muat kapal akan semakin menurun. Kemudian untuk rekomendasi perbaikan guna meningkatkan produktivitas bongkar muat kapal batubara adalah dengan mempersingkat waktu bongkar muat yaitu dengan meningkatkan kecepatan bongkar dengan menggunakan bantuan Shore Crane yang tidak bergantung pada kondisi kapal

ABSTRACT

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a government-owned port engaged in the distribution of product loading and unloading. In its implementation, the company has a loading and unloading company (PBM) that focuses on ship loading and unloading activities. From the data on the productivity of loading and unloading coal ships for the last 12 months, it is found that the performance of the loading and unloading company has fluctuated. From these problems, researchers will find out what factors affect the productivity of ship loading and unloading. By using multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination, it is indicated that the variable loading speed and the number of ganks each affect the loading and unloading productivity of coal ships partially with each negative value (-), which means that the higher the variable value, the lower the loading and unloading productivity of the ship. Then for improvement recommendations to increase the loading and unloading productivity of coal ships is to shorten the loading and unloading time by increasing the loading and unloading speed by using the help of Shore Crane which does not depend on the condition of the ship.
