Per akhir Januari 2021, Contact Center PLN 123 yang berada di bawah naungan ICON+ ditempatkan pada gedung di Kawasan ICON+ Mampang. Dalam mendukung target Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang dalam pembuatan Job Safety Analysis (JSA), dilakukan penelitian berupa analisis risiko kerja pada Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang dengan pendekatan HIRARC dan JSA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner penilaian risiko dengan nilai likelihood dan severity. Setelah dihitung likelihood index (LI) dan severity index (SI), terdapat 4 risiko ekstrim, 6 risiko high, 3 risiko medium, dan 3 risiko low. Nilai LI dan SI tertinggi yaitu 78.5% dan 69,7% yang termasuk dalam risiko sakit pada daun telinga, sedangkan nilai LI dan SI terendah yaitu 35.4% dan 30,8% terdapat dalam risiko kertas data tidak terselamatkan (luntur). Perusahaan Listrik Nasional (PLN) Persero provides telecommunications facilities in the form of an integrated contact center service to serve as a means of communication and information between customers and PLN called the Contact Center PLN 123 (PLN 123). As of the end of January 2021, the Contact Center PLN 123 which is under ICON + is placed in a building in the ICON + Mampang area. To support the target of the Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang in making Job Safety Analysis (JSA), research was conducted in the form of a work risk analysis at the PLN 123 Mampang Contact Center with the HIRARC and JSA approaches. The research was conducted by direct observation, interviews, and distributing risk assessment questionnaires with likelihood and severity values. After calculating the likelihood index (LI) and severity index (SI), there are 4 extreme risks, 6 high risks, 3 medium risks, and 3 low risks. The highest LI and SI values, namely 78.5% and 69.7%, were included in the risk of pain in the ear lobe, while the lowest LI and SI values, namely 35.4% and 30.8%, were at the risk of not saving the data paper (fading).
