Hasil FMEA menunjukan kegagalan paling kritis adalah kesalahan penjadwalan produksi oleh departemen PPIC. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan perancangan sistem informasi penjadwalan produksi dengan menggunakan konsep Load Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) untuk membantu manajer PPIC dalam memberikan informasi released order dan received date yang optimal. Selanjutnya, hasil validasi menunjukkan apabila penjadwalan produksi dilakukan dengan mengacu pada rencana produksi dari sistem informasi yang dibuat, maka akan terjadi peningkatan presentase efisiensi produksi sebesar 85,14%.
