IMPLEMENTASI SOFTWARE ODOO DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODUL ACCOUNTING, INVENTORY, PURCHASE, DAN POINT OF SALES PADA TOKO AL HIKMAH MART (AH MART) DI BOGOR JAWA BARAT

Saat ini persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat salah satunya pada sektor ritel. Bisnis ritel mengalami peningkatan yang pesat, terlihat dari banyaknya bisnis ritel tradisional yang mulai membangun bisnis ritel modern, salah satunya adalah Toko Al Hikmah Mart (AH Mart) di pesantren Darul Al Hikmah Jawa Barat. Saat ini proses bisnis di AH Mart masih dilakukan secara manual, namun pelaksanaannya masih terdapat banyak kendala sehingga hasil proses bisnis yang dihasilkan juga tidak maksimal. Kemudian antar divisi di AH Mart belum terintegrasi antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan agar sistem yang ada di AH Mart dapat terintegrasi adalah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yang merupakan suatu metode bagi perusahaan untuk mengupayakan proses bisnis yang efektif dengan cara membagi informasi menjadi dua bagian yaitu di dalam dan antar proses bisnis, dan menjalankan bisnis secara digital. Dalam penerapan sistem ERP di AH Mart digunakan software Odoo yang dikembangkan dengan sistem open source. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan proses bisnis usulan (To-Be) yang sesuai dengan implementasi ERP.

Abstract

Currently, competition between companies is getting tougher, one of which is in the retail sector. The retail business has experienced a rapid increase, as can be seen from the many traditional retail business, one of which is the Al Hikmah Mart (AH Mart) Store at the Darul Al Hikmah Islamic boarding school, West Java. Currently, the business processes at AH Mart are still done manually, but in its implementation there are still many obstacles so that the results of the business processes produced are also not optimal. Then the divisions at AH Mart have not been integrated with other. One approach that can be applied so that the existing system at AH Mart can be integrated is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) which is a method for companies to pursue effective business processes by dividing information into two parts, namely within and between business processes, and run a business digitally. In implementing the ERP system at AH Mart, Odoo software is used developed with an open source system. The results of this study are in the form of a proposed business process design (To-Be) that is in accordance with the ERP Implementation.
