PERANCANGAN ALAT UKUR KINERJA RANTAI PASOK PRODUK MASKER DENGAN PENDEKATAN GREEN SCOR

Abstrak PT Sentral Medika Indonesia (SMI) merupakan perusahaan produsen produk masker di Kota Semarang. Kenaikan permintaan akibat COVID-19 menyebabkan terjadinya keterbatasan pasokan bahan baku dari pemasok, dan belum adanya sistem peramalan permintaan sehingga berpengaruh pada pengiriman produk ke pelanggan. Selain itu belum adanya sistem daur ulang yang tepat menyebabkan perusahaan membakar produk cacat yang dihasilkan. Meski begitu perusahaan masih belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja yang dapat membantu mengetahui ketercapaian performansi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penilaian kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan pendekatan Green SCOR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang alat ukur kinerja rantai pasok yang tepat, menilai kinerja rantai pasok, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan 16 indikator kinerja yang telah divalidasi perusahaan dengan nilai kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 54,389 yang diklasifikasikan sebagai rata-rata (average). Perbaikan dilakukan pada 6 indikator kinerja yang berada pada kuadran A diagram importanceperformance analysis (IPA) yang memiliki arti indikator tersebut perlu difokuskan. Salah satu perbaikannya ialah dengan menambah jumlah pemasok sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pemasok tertentu dan mengurangi risiko terjadinya keterlambatan pengadaan akibat adanya keterbatasan bahan baku dari pemasok. Kata kunci : Pengukuran Kinerja Rantai Pasok, Green SCOR Abstract PT Sentral Medika Indonesia (SMI) is a company that produces masks in the city of Semarang. The increase in demand due to COVID-19 has resulted in limited supply of raw materials from suppliers, and the absence of a demand forecasting system that affects product delivery to customers. In addition, the absence of a proper recycling system has caused companies to burn defective products. Even so, the company still does not have a performance appraisal system that can help determine the company's performance achievement. Therefore, it is necessary to assess supply chain performance using the Green SCOR approach. The purpose of this research is to designing appropriate supply chain performance measurement tools, assess supply chain performance, and provide recommendations for company improvement. From the results of data processing, obtained 16 performance indicators that have been validated by the company with a supply chain performance value of 54.389 which is classified as average. Improvements were made to 6 performance indicators that are in quadrant A of the importance-performance analysis (IPA) diagram, which means that these indicators need to be focused. One of the improvements is to increase the number of suppliers so as to reduce dependence on certain suppliers and reduce the risk of procurement delays due to limited raw materials from suppliers.
