ANALISIS PROSES PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PADA PROSES PRODUKSI COCOBIT KELAPA MUDA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL(SPC)

Abstract

Abstrak Kualitas adalah suatu aspek terpenting dari sautu produk, khususnya produk makanan ataupun minuman. PT Anugrah Indofood Barokah Makmur adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari Indofood group yang memproduksi berbagai minuman ringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat apakah proses produksi cocobit kelapa muda pada periode febuari sampai dengan juli sudah terkendali secara statistik atau belum. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, proses cocobit kelapa muda pada periode febuari sampai dengan juli belum terkendali secara statistik yang ditunjukkan dengan masih terdapatnya data yang out of control saat disajikan dalam peta kendali p. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, kriteria yang dominan terjadi adalah cacat volume, dan ini disebabkan oleh rusaknya mesin filler. Saran perbaikan yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan PT Anugrah Indofood Barokah Makmur melakukan strategi maintenance mesin dan melakukan pelatihan secara berkala kepada sumber daya manusia yang ada pada lantai produksi Kata kunci: Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Control, Peta Kendali, Diagram Pareto, Fishbone.
