ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA MENTAL OPERATOR MESIN PEMOTONGAN KAYU PADA BAGIAN PRODUKSI PERUM PERHUTANI BRUMBUNG DENGAN METODE NASA TLX

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah – masalah yang terjadi menuntut pemilik industri untuk berpikir lebih agar industri yang telah dirintis dapat bertahan atau bahkan maju dari persaingan global ini. Sumber daya manusia yang baik merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan. Pekerja yang memiliki performansi kerja bagus tentu akan memberi dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Performansi kerja berkaitan dengan tempat kerja, yang biasanya mengacu pada standar kerja yang sesuai dengan kualitas dan produktivitas yang baik. Beban kerja merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk menyebut harga atau cost dari pencapaian suatu target kegiatan. Salah satu cara untuk penyesuaian beban kerja yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran beban kerja. Metode analisa beban kerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu NASA-TLX. NASA-TLX merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran beban kerja mental secara subjektif. Perum perhutani merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang termasuk kedalam Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Terdapat keluhan dari para pekerja di perhutani terkait dengan tuntutan pekerjaannya. Dengan metode ini dapat diukur skor beban kerja mental bedasarkan kuisioner yang diisi oleh operator mesin pemotongan kayudi bagian produksi. Kata Kunci: Nasa-TLX, Beban Kerja, Performansi Abstract The problems that occur require industry owners to think more so that the industry that has been pioneered can survive or even advance from this global competition. Good human resources are important assets for the company. Workers who have good work performance will certainly have a positive impact on the company. Work performance is related to the workplace, which usually refers to work standards that are in accordance with good quality and productivity. Workload is a term used to describe the price or cost of achieving an activity target. One way to adjust the workload is by measuring the workload. The workload analysis method used in this research is NASA-TLX. NASA-TLX is a subjective method of measuring mental workload. Perum Perhutani is one of the manufacturing companies that are included in the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). There are complaints from workers at Perhutani regarding the demands of their work. With this method, mental workload scores can be measured based on a questionnaire filled out by the wood cutting machine operator in the production section. Keywords: Nasa-TLX, Workload, Performance
