ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SMK3 DENGAN METODE GAP ANALYSIS PADA PT TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTURING INDONESIA

Abstract

Abstrak Pada penelitian ini menyajikan usulan terkait perbaikan penerapan SMK3 pada PT TMMIN yang saat ini masih kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan lah evaluasi terhadap penerapan SMK3 dengan menggunakan data berupa hasil rapat antara kepala divisi yang berupa check sheet audit SMK3. Perbandingan akan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan keadaaan asli dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh DEPNAKER yang diatur dalam beberpa peraturan pemerintah sep erti pada UU No. 1 th 1970 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, UU No. 13 th.2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, PP No.50 th 2012 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja. Perbdandingan dilakukan dengan metode Gap Analysis. Gap analysis didefinisikan oleh IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) sebagai aktivitas yang membandingkan dua macam data dan mengidentifikasi perbedaanya. Gap analysis biasa digunakan untuk membandingkan suatu set persyaratan. Gap analysis umumnya terstruktur pada satu set area, topik atau kategori, sehingga membuat gap analysis efisien untuk mengetahui sector atau bidang mana yang perlu diperbaiki. Abstract [Analysis Of SMK3 Implementation With Gap Analysis Method In PT TMMIN] This research presents suggestions related to the improvement of the application of SMK3 at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, which is currently not optimal. Therefore, an evaluation of the implementation of SMK3 was carried out using data in the form of meeting results between division heads in the form of an SMK3 audit check sheet. Comparisons will be made by comparing the original conditions with the standards set by DEPNAKER which are regulated in several government regulations such as in Law no. 1 th 1970 concerning occupational safety and health, Law no. 13 th.2003 concerning Employment, PP No.50 of 2012 concerning the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Comparisons were made using the Gap Analysis method. Gap analysis is defined by the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) as an activity that compares two types of data and identifies the differences. Gap analysis is commonly used to compare a set of requirements. Gap analysis is generally structured on a set of areas, topics or categories, thus making an efficient gap analysis to find out which sectors or areas need improvement.
