ANALISIS DAN MITIGASI RISIKO RANTAI PASOK PADA PENGADAAN MATERIAL PRODUKSI DENGAN MODEL HOUSE OF RISK (HOR) PADA INDUSTRI MEBEL

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada perusahaan yang sudah memproduksi produk mebel dengan skala besar, terdapat serangkaian proses rantai pasok yang memiliki risiko yang berdampak pada kelangsungan proses produksi, terutama pada tahap pengadaan material yang merupakan salah satu tahap awal proses rantai pasok (Purwaningsih et al., 2021). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of risk yang diawali dengan identifikasi proses bisnis, proses identifikasi risiko, proses identifikasi penyebab risiko, penilaian risiko, penetapan nilai Aggregate Risk Potential(ARP) dan melakukan perangkingan (analisis pareto), identifikasi tindakan strategi mitigasi, penetapan korelasi risiko dengn nilai ARP tertinggi dan tindakan mitigasi, penetapan tingkat kesulitan untuk melakukan proses mitigasi (Dk), menetapkan rasio efektivitas total terhadap tingkat kesulitan (ETDk) dan melakukan perangkingan (Analisis pareto), dan yang terakhir ditutup dengan kesimpulan dan saran. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah mengidentifikasisumber utama dan penyebab risiko pada pengadaan PT XYZ dan melakukan perancangan strategi dan penentuan strategi untuk menangani dan mengurangi dampak dari risiko yang terjadi pada rantai pasok PT XYZ.Pada penelitian didapatkan 12 kejadian risiko dan 26 penyebab risiko, setelah melakukan perhitungan ARP terdapat 12 penyebab risiko yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan strategi mitigasi. Pada HOR fase 2 untuk identifikasi strategi mitigasi didapatkan 23 strategi mitigasi untuk penyebab risiko yang menjadi prioritas.Kata Kunci: ABSTRACTIn companies that already produce furniture products on a large scale, there are a series of supply chain processes that have risks that have an impact on the continuity of the production process, especially at the material procurement stage which is one of the early stages of the supply chain process (Purwaningsih et al., 2021). This study uses the House of risk method, which begins with the identification of business processes, the risk identification process, the process of identifying the causes of risk, risk assessment, determining the value of Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) and ranking (Pareto analysis), identifying mitigation strategy actions, determining risk correlation. with the highest ARP value and mitigation actions, determining the level of difficulty to carry out the mitigation process (Dk), determining the ratio of total effectiveness to the level of difficulty (ETDk) and ranking (Pareto analysis), and the last one is closed with conclusions and suggestions. The purpose of this research is to identify the main sources and causes of risk in the procurement of PT XYZ and to design strategies and determine strategies to handle and reduce the impact of risks that occur in the supply chain of PT XYZ. In the study, there were 12 risk events and 26 risk causes, after calculating the ARP there were 12 risk causes that became a priority for mitigation strategies. In HOR phase 2 to identify mitigation strategies, 23 mitigation strategies were obtained for priority riskcauses.
