Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, pasokan air bersih semakin terbatas. Industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) berkembang pesat dalam kondisi tersebut. CV Tirta Makmur merupakan perusahaan AMDK yang memproduksi air minum dalam berbagai ukuran mulai dari 120 ml hingga 19 liter. Kebutuhan air minum yang berkualitas menuntut perusahaan untuk menerapkan pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap seluruh bidang yang ada. Salah satunya berhubungan dengan kegiatan pemeliharaan mesin. Kerusakan mesin secara mendadak mengakibatkan terganggunya kinerja produksi yang sudah direncanakan sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kerusakan mesin. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Penelitian difokuskan pada mesin cup filling 8 line karena memiliki downtime tertinggi. Komponen mesin cup filling 8 line yang sering rusak yaitu heater seal, trimming cutter, komponen PLC, hidrolik pneumatik, bearing, dan rantai. Perawatan yang tepat untuk komponen tersebut adalah on-condition task, scheduled discard task, dan failure-finding task.

[Maintenance task analysis of cup filling 8 line machine with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) (case study CV Tirta Makmur)] As time goes by, the supply of clean water is increasingly limited. The bottled drinking water (AMDK) industries are growing rapidly under these conditions. CV Tirta Makmur is an AMDK industry that produces drinking water in various sizes ranging from 120 ml to 19 liters. The need for good quality drinking water requires companies to apply oversight and control over all existing fields. One of them is related to machine maintenance activities. The sudden impact of machine breakdown resulted in disruption of planned production performance so it is necessary to identify and analyze the factors that cause the breakdown. The method applied in this research is Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). This research focused on cup filling 8 line machine because it has the highest downtime. The machine components that often damaged are heater seals, trimming cutter, PLC components, pneumatic hydraulics, bearings, and chains. Maintenance tasks that need to be done on the component are on-condition task, scheduled discard task, and failure-finding task.
