Pembelian bahan baku harus memperhatikan banyak aspek penting agar mendapatkan supplier yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuantitas pembelian bahan baku pada setiap supplier. Melalui metode AHP yang dibantu dengan penggunaan software Expert Choice 11, diperoleh kriteria penilaian performa supplier untuk masing-masing supplier. Dari hasil penelitian didapat 5 kriteria dan 8 subkriteria pemilihan supplier, yaitu kualitas, harga, ketepatan pengiriman, fleksibilitas, dan responsibiltas. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode AHP yang dibantu oleh software Expert Choice didapat bobot masing-masing kriteria, yaitu bobot kualitas sebesar 0.532, bobot harga 0.258, bobot kriteria ketepatan pengiriman sebesar 0.085, bobot fleksibilits sebesar 0.054, dan responsibilitas sebesar 0,017.
