PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS DIBANTU DENGAN SOFTWARE EXPERT CHOICE 11 PADA UKM DIANA BAKERY SEMARANG

Abstract

Rian Simon Samosir, Pemilihan Supplier menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process Dibantu dengan Software Expert Choice 11 pada UKM Diana Bakery Semarang, Pemilihan Supplier merupakan suatu kegiatan penting yang berpengaruh terhadap suatu kegiatan industri. Pembelian bahan baku harus memperhatikan banyak aspek penting agar mendapatkan supplier yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuantitas pembelian bahan baku pada setiap supplier. Melalui metode AHP yang dibantu dengan penggunaan software Expert Choice 11, diperoleh kriteria penilaian performa supplier untuk masing-masing supplier. Dari hasil penelitian didapat 5 kriteria dan 8 subkriteria pemilihan supplier, yaitu kualitas, harga, ketepatan pengiriman, fleksibilitas, dan responsibiltas. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode AHP yang dibantu oleh software Expert Choice didapat bobot masing-masing kriteria, yaitu bobot kualitas sebesar 0.532, bobot harga 0.258, bobot kriteria ketepatan pengiriman sebesar 0.085, bobot fleksibilits sebesar 0.054, dan responsibilitas sebesar 0,017. Dari perhitungan didapat juga bobot tiap alternative yaitu PT Guna Layan Kuasa dengan bobot sebesar 0.570, PT Sugarindo sebesar 0.168, PT Sungai Budi sebesar 0.187, dan PT Gunung Madu sebesar 0.075

Abstract

[Supplier Selection Using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method Assisted By Expert Choice 11 Software in UKM Diana Bakery Semarang]Supplier selection is an important activity that affects an industrial activity. Purchasing of raw materials should consider important aspects in order to get a supplier that can meet the needs of the company. This study aims to determine the quantity of raw material purchases at each supplier. Through AHP method assisted by Expert Choice 11 software, obtained supplier performance appraisal criteria for each supplier. From the results of this research, obtained 5 criteria and 8 subcriteria for supplier selection, namely quality, price, delivery, flexibility, and responsiveness. From the result of calculation by using AHP method assisted by Expert Choice software, retrieved the weight of each criterion, that is weight of quality equal to 0.532, weight of price 0,258, weight of criteria of delivery accuracy equal to 0.085, flexibility weight equal to 0.054, and responsiveness equal to 0,017. This study get the weight of each alternative, the weight of PT Guna Layan Kuasa is 0.570, PT Sugarindo 0.168, PT Sungai Budi 0187, and PT Gunung Madu is 0.075 of weight.
