PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN METODE PERFORMANCE PRISM (Studi Kasus pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang BRI Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto)

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguraikan hasil penelitian sistem pengukuran kinerja perusahaan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang BRI Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto dengan model Performance Prism. Selama ini KC BRI Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto belum memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang mengukur kinerja secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja. Dari kondisi  PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang BRI Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto, diharapkan model yang tepat digunakan adalah performance prism dibanding model lain. Sistem pengukuran kinerja ini memiliki 42 KPI yang meliputi 9 KPI pemegang saham, 12 KPI karyawan, 12 KPI nasabah dan 9 KPI pemerintah dan masyarakat sekitar. Dari hasil implementasi sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan proses scoring system menggunakan metode OMAX menunjukkan nilai current performance indicator yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan bank BRI adalah sebesar 9,52 dari skala 10. Hasil pengukuran menjadi landasan pihak manajemen mengevaluasi dan menentukan rencana perbaikan sehingga harapan dari semua stakeholder dapat terpenuhi.

 

Abstract

 

This study describes the results of research on the performance measurement
system
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Branch Office BRI Semarang
Brigjen Sudiarto with model Performance Prism. During this Branch Office BRI
Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto not have a performance measurement system that
measures overall performance . Therefore, it is necessary to design performance
measurement systems. From the condition of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),
Tbk. Branch Office BRI Semarang Brigjen Sudiarto, it is expected that
 the exact
model used is a prism model performance compared to other models. This
performance measurement system has 42 KPIs which include 9  KPI shareholders,
12 KPI employees, 12 KPI customers, and 9 KPIs governments and communities
around the neighborhood. From the results of performance measurement system
implementation with the scoring system using the OMAX shows the current
performance indicator has been achieved by
