ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (Studi Kasus: UMKM Diana Bakery)

Abstract

Hal penting yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung performance perusahaan adalah dengan pemilihan supplier yang tepat, karena memilih supplier secara tepat dapat mengurangi biaya pembelian dan dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan pemasok bahan baku tepung terigu pada Diana Bakery dengan pendekatan AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process). Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah metode untuk memecahkan suatu situasi yang komplek tidak terstruktur kedalam beberapa komponen dalam susunan yang hirarki, dengan memberi nilai subjektif tentang pentingnya setiap variabel secara relatif, dan menetapkan variabel mana yang memiliki prioritas paling tinggi guna mempengaruhi hasil pada situasi tersebut. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner dari sampel yang ditentukan secara Judgement sampling serta data lainnya yang diperoleh dari pemilik Diana Bakery. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process) dengan software Expert Choice 11. Diperoleh hasil bahwa pemasok bahan baku tepung terigu yakni PT Bogasari menjadi prioritas utama dan prioritas kedua PT Sriboga Baturaya serta PT Lumbung Nasional dan PT Bungasari menjadi prioritas ke tiga dan ke empat.Metode dan Model pemilihan pemasok bahan baku ini dapat diterapkan oleh Diana Bakery sebagai acuan dalam system pendukung keputusan pengembangan perusahaan.

Analysis Of Supplier Selection Using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. The important thing to do to support the company's performance is the proper supplier selection, for selecting appropriate suppliers can reduce purchasing costs and to increase the competitiveness of this perusahaan.This study aims to analyze the selection of raw material suppliers of the flour in Diana's Bakery with AHP approach ( Hirarchy Analytical Process). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method to solve a complex situation is not structured into several components in the composition of the hierarchy, by giving subjective value on the importance of each variable in relative terms, and define a variable which has the highest priority in order to affect the outcome of the situation , Data were obtained by interview and questionnaires of the sample determined Judgement sampling and other data obtained from the owner Diana Bakery. Analysis of the data using the approach of AHP (Analytical Hirarchy Process) with Expert Choice software 11. The results show that flour raw material suppliers, PT Bogasari a top priority and the second priority Sriboga Baturaya PT and PT Lumbung National and PT Bungasari priority to three and to four .This method and model selection of suppliers of raw materials can be applied by Diana Bakery as a reference in a decision support system development company.
