ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN CORRECTIVE DAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PADA MESIN RAPIER, SHUTLE, WATER JET PADA PROSES WEAVING di PT. TIGA MANUNGGAL SYNTHETIC INDUSTRIES

Abstract

PT. Tiga Manunggal Synthetic Industries adalah perusahaan textile di Kota Salatiga. Pada PT. Timatex ini terdapat proses weaving yang bertugas untuk menenun benang lusi dan benang pakan. Adapun Permasalahan perusahaan yang  sering  dialami  adalah  terjadi  kerusakan  mesin  yang  tiba-tiba dan tingginya  waktu  kerusakan  mesin  (downtime) ketika  proses  produksi  berlangsung. Hal-hal  tersebut mengakibatkan kelancaran proses produksi menjadi terganggu.Oleh sebab itu  pada jurnal ini  akan mengangkat kebijakan jadwal perawatan mesin antara corrective atapun preventive maintenance yang nantinya akan  menjadi usulan bagi perusahaan untuk menerapkan sistem terbaik dalam melakukan perawatan mesin, dimana kebijakan ini dianalisis menggunakan root cause analysis,diagram pareto, serta diagram sebab akibat (fishbone).

Abstract

[POLICY  ANALYSIS AND  TREATMENT RESULTS  IN  MACHINE RAPIER,  shutle,  AIR  JET WEAVING PROCESS PT. INDUSTRIAL SYNTHETIC THREE MANUNGGAL]. PT. Tiga Manunggal Synthetic Industries is a textile company in Salatiga. At the PT. There are Timatex weaving process that served to weave the warp and weft. As for the problem of companies that often experienced engine damage occurs suddenly and high time engine failure (downtime) when the production process. These things lead to a smooth production process to be disturbed. Therefore, in this journal will raise the policy schedule machine maintenance between corrective atapun preventive maintenance which will be proposed for companies to implement the best systems in the treatment machine, in which this policy was analyzed using root cause analysis, pareto diagrams, as well as the causal diagram (fishbone).
