PENERAPAN SOFTWARE OpenERP MODUL WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT PADA GUDANG MUSTIKA RATU DI SEMARANG

Abstract

PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk yang salah satunya terletak di Semarang yaitu Distributor Center (DC). DC tersebut guna menyalurkan produk-produk Mustika Ratu ke kota disekitarnya. Dimana terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi, yaitu pendataan dilakukan secara manual yang mengakibatkan data kurang akurat. Selain itu belum terintegrasi data antar bagian sehingga terdapat kesalahan dalam informasi. Dengan adanya Software OpenERP dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dikarenakan pencatatan data dilakukan secara otomatis dan keputusan dapat diambil dengan cepat dan tepat. Sistem Warehouse Management diharapkan guna mencapai keefektifan kinerja, meningkatkan ketelitian dan memberikan solusi dari permasalahan pada bagian gudang.

Software OpenERP application of modules Warehouse Management on Mustika Ratu warehouse in Semarang. PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. one it distribute is located in Semarang is Distributor Center (DC). This DC in the task is to distribute which is the Mustika Ratu products to the area around Semarang. Where have problems encountered, i.e. logging is done manually, resulting in inaccurate data. In addition it has not integrated the data between sections so that there are errors in the information. The existence of Software OpenERP can overcome existing problems owing to the recording of data is done automatically and decisions can be taken quickly and precisely. Warehouse Management system is expected to achieve the effectiveness of performance, increase accuracy and provide the solution of the problem on the storeroom.
