ANALISIS KECELAKAAN KERJA DENGAN METODE FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA) Studi Kasus : Automotive Workshop Semarang

Abstract

Bengkel Automotive Workshop adalah unit usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang reparasi, pengecatan dan perawatan kendaraan. Bengkel ini melayani jasa body repair, custom paint modification, colour matching service dan detailing mobil. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan di bengkel sering kali menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja bagi montir yang bekerja. Selama 3 tahun terakhir tercatat kecelakaan kerja di bengkel Automotive Workshop diataranya seperti luka, tangan terpalu, kaki terpeleset, iritasi akibat buangan las, tersetrum dll. Untuk menyikapi permasalahan yang terjadi di bengkel Automotive Workshop tersebut,peneliti melakukan analisis kecelakaan kerja dengan metode Failuere Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi, mengevaluasi pengaruh dari bahaya, serta membangun tindakan perbaikan yang bisa diambil untuk mencegah atau mengurangi peluang terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang akan terjadi. Metode FMEA akan membantu mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber dan akar penyebab dari suatu masalah dan kemudian dapat diketahui penyebab mana yang menjadi prioritas dan kemudian akan dilakukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan efektifitas proses produksi. Nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu sebesar 25 diperoleh jenis kecelakaan kerja diantaranya yaitu tangan terkena penggaris besi siku, kepala  terkena spon,iritasi mata akibat gas buang las dan tangan tersetrum.

Abstract

Automotive Workshop is a business unit that specializes in repair, painting and maintenance of vehicles. This workshop services  body repair, modification custom paint, color matching service and car detailing. Work done in the workshop often caused accidents for the mechanics. Over last 3 years the  accidents recorded in the Automotive Workshop like a wound, hammered hand, slipped  foot, irritation from welding exhaust, electric shock etc. To response the issues at the Automotive Workshop, the researcher do analyze the work accident using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The purpose of this study is to predict the potential dangers that can occur, evaluate the impact of hazards, and establish corrective actions that can be taken to prevent or reduce the chances of accidents would happened. FMEA method will help identify sources and root causes of a problem and then it can be seen which of these causes is a priority and then it will be improved in order to increase the effectiveness of the production process. The highest RPN number is 25 obtained the type of work accidents among which are hands exposed  stainless ruler bracket, head exposed sponge, eye irritation due to flue gas welding and hand electrocuted
