ANALISA POSTUR KERJA DENGAN METODE RULA PADA PEKERJA CV.MANSGROUP

Abstract

Postur tubuh merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam bekerja dikarenakan postur tubuh mempengaruhi konsentrasi dan produktifitas dari pekerja. Kesalahan atau kurang baiknya postur tubuh dalam melakukan pekerjaan  dapat membahayakan pekerja. Pekerja bisa mengalami cedera (Muskoleskeletal) atau bahkan sampai kecelakaan kerja.CV.Mansgroup merupakan perusahaan di bidang konstruksi pembuat alat-alat perbengkelan, dalam melakukan kegiatan kerja sehari- hari pegawai CV.Mansgroup banyak mengeluhkan postur kerja yang membuat mereka cepat lelah dan merasa pegal oleh sebab itu penulis melakukan analisi terhadap postur tubuh pekerja saat melakukan pekerjaan dan memberikan usulan postur tubuh yang baik serta alat-alat yang mampu mendukung perbaikan postur tubuh pada para pekerja di CV.Mansgroup. Analisis postur tubuh dan perancangan alat bantu tambahan dilakukan penulis dengan software CATIA

The Title of this research is working posture analysis with RULA Methods. Posture is very important in the work because posture affects the concentration and productivity of workers. Error or lack of good posture in doing the work could endanger workers. Workers could be injured (Muskoleskeletal) or even accident. .CV.Mansgroup is a company in the field of construction equipment makers workshop, in performing daily work activities the employees of CV.Mansgroup have many complained that make them feel tired and achy about posture therefore, the authors conducted analysis of the worker's body posture while doing the work and propose a good posture as well as tools that can support posture improvement to workers in CV.Mansgroup.
