PEMBUATAN APLIKASI SEBARAN LOKASI FASILITAS KESEHATAN PENERIMA BPJS KESEHATAN DI KOTA SEMARANG BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Dewasa ini penggunaan Global Positioning System (GPS) dan Google Maps pada perangkat smartphone Android semakin memudahkan masyarakat dalam mencari dan mengakses informasi spasial yang ada di sekitarnya.BPJS Kesehatan adalah jaminan kesehatan yang sekarang ini sangat diminati masyarakat, karena memberikan manfaat dengan premi terjangkau dan masyarakat bisa mendapatkan fasilitas pengobatan yang layak. Terkait informasi persebaran fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan  merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting, mengingat kebutuhan informasi yang mendesak dan darurat dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja.

Pengumpulan data spasial fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan GPS Navigasi tipe handheld.Kemudian, pembuatan peta sebaran fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan dengans perangkat lunak ArcGIS. Dengan menggabungkan fungsi dari GPS, LBS, Google Maps, serta data - data fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan, maka dapat dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi mengenai sebaran lokasi fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Semarang yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman MIT App Inventor 2.

Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi mobile GIS lokasi fasilitas kesehatan penerima BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Semarang ini dapat dijadikan panduan karena dilengkapi dengan informasi seperti posisi lokasi fasilitas kesehatan, arah kemudi, dan informasi layanan serta fasilitas pendukung yang tersedia di fasilitas kesehatan yang bersangkutan.

ABSTRACT

Nowadays,the use of Global Positioning System (GPS) and Google Maps on Android smartphone devices increasingly facilitatespeople to find and access the spatial information that is in the vicinity. BPJS Kesehatan is a health insurance that currently in great demand of society in Indonesiabecause it provides benefits with affordable premiums with proper treatment facilities. Related the distribution of health facilities receiver BPJS Kesehatan, the information are extremely needed and very important, because it gave the urgent information for emergencies situation that  can happen anytime and anywhere.

Spatial data collection of health facilities are done by using GPS Navigation type handheld. Then, the making of distributionhealth facilities BPJS Kesehatan receiver maps are done using ArcGIS software. By combined the functions of GPS, LBS, Google Maps, anddata of health facilities then it can be producesa distribution of the location of health facilities receiver BPJS Kesehatan application in Semarang, was built with MIT App Inventor 2.

The result of the creation of GIS mobile application is the distribution of health facilities receiver BPJS Kesehatan in Semarang. It can be used as a good and complete guide, cause it not only provide information about the location of health facilities, but also can be use to give  the direction, make a phone call, andother information services and supporting facilities that are available in the health facilities.
