PEMBUATAN SISTEM INFORMASI RINCI DESA MENGGUNAKAN DATA PEMOTRETAN UDARA UAV BERBASIS SIG Studi Kasus ( Desa Katonsari, Kecamatan Demak, Kabupaten Demak)

ABSTRAK

UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa menjelaskan bahwa pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah wajib mengembangkan sistem informasi Desa untuk keperluan perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah perdesaan. Desa berhak mendapatkan akses informasi melalui sistem informasi Desa yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Desa Katonsari merupakan Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Demak, Kabupaten Demak. Desa ini memiliki wilayah yang strategis karena berada di dekat Jalan Raya yang menghubungkan Kota Semarang dan Kota Surabaya. Akan tetapi desa ini belum memiliki Sistem Informasi Desa. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi desa diharapkan dapat memudahkan pemerintah desa dan juga masyarakat lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan informasi geospasial. Sistem Informasi Desa dibuat dengan cara pengolahan data foto udara menjadi orthophoto. Hasil orthophoto dilakukan rektifikasi dengan citra Quickbird maka didapatkan foto udara terkoreksi. Lalu dilakukan proses digitasi yang mengacu pada PERKA BIG Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 dan dijadikan geodatabase lalu dilakukan topologi. Kemudian hasilnya di upload ke ArcGIS online sebagai hosted feature layer dan membuat aplikasi peta berbasis web dari shapefile yang dijadikan layer. Peta online dibuat dengan web map builder pada ArcGIS online. Hasil peta online kemudian disematkan di website Desa Katonsari dengan situs https://desakatonsari.wixsite.com/mysite yang didalam nya berisi Peta Desa Katonsari berbasis WebGIS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Desa yang diakses melalui website. Setelah dilakukan uji usability pada website tersebut didapatkan nilai rata-rata 83,79 yang masuk kategori “Baik”.

ABSTRACT

Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages explains that the government and regional governments are obliged to develop Village information systems for the purposes of development planning in rural areas. Villages are entitled to access information through the Village information system developed by the Regional Government. Katonsari Village is a village located in Demak District, Demak Regency. This village has a strategic area because it is near the highway that connects the city of Semarang and the city of Surabaya. However, this village does not yet have a Village Information System. The creation of a village Information System is expected to make it easier for the village government and also the community to obtain geospatial information more easily. Village Information System is made by processing aerial photographic data into orthophoto. The orthophoto results were rectified with Quickbird imagery and corrected aerial photographs were obtained. Then the digitization process is carried out that refers to PERKA BIG Number 3 of 2016 and made into a geodatabase then carried out topology. Then the results are uploaded to ArcGIS online as the hosted feature layer and create a web-based map application from the shapefile that is used as a layer. Online maps are created with the web map builder on ArcGIS online. The results of the online map are then embedded on the Katonsari Village website with the site https://desakatonsari.wixsite.com/mysite which contains WebGIS-based Katonsari Village Map. The results of this study are the Village Information System which is accessed through the website. After the usability test was carried out on the website, it was found that the average value was 83.79 which was categorized as "Good".
