ANALISIS DAN VISUALISASI KESESUAIAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU KOTA PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN WEBGIS

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Purwokerto merupakan ibu kota dari Kabupaten Banyumas. Hal itu menjadikan Purwokerto sebagai pusat kegiatan utama di Kabupaten Banyumas sehingga tingkat pertumbuhan Kota Purwokerto lebih tinggi dibanding daerah di sekitarnya. Pembangunan perkotaan yang baik tetap harus memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, termasuk Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). Ruang Terbuka Hijau menurut Peraturan Meteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 05/PRT/M/2008 adalah area memanjang/jalur dan/atau mengelompok, yang penggunaannya lebih bersifat terbuka, tempat tumbuh tanaman, baik yang tumbuh secara alamiah maupun yang sengaja ditanam. Keberadaan RTH memiliki manfaat yang sangat penting bagi sebuah lingkungan perkotaan, terutama RTH taman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode digitasi on screen pada Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) untuk menganalisis luasan RTH di Kota Purwokerto. Hasil visualisasi RTH dalam penelitian ini dipetakan dari hasil digitasi on screen citra SPOT 7 tahun 2019 dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk webGIS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kota Purwokerto memiliki luas total RTH sebesar 2.134,887 ha atau setara dengan 52,24% dari luas total Kota Purwokerto. Luas RTH Privat Kota Purwokerto sebesar 1.966,178 ha atau senilai 48,11% dari luas total Kota Purwokerto dan luas RTH Publik Kota Purwokerto sebesar 168,710 ha atau sama dengan 4,13% dari luas total Kota Purwokerto. Keseuaian RTH Privat terhadap Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor: 05/PRT/M/2008 telah memenuhi dari batas minimal yaitu 10%. Sedangkan, keseuaian RTH Publik tidak memenuhi dari batas minimal yaitu 20%. Kesesuaian RTH Kota Purwokerto telah memenuhi dari batas minimal yaitu 30%. Luas RTH Taman Kota Purwokerto sebesar 8,889 ha atau senilai dengan 0,22% dari luas Kota Purwokerto. Ketersediaan RTH Taman ada yang telah memenuhi dan ada yang tidak memenuhi dari batas minimal jumlah penduduk. Hasil keseluruhan uji usability webGIS mendapat nilai 4,14/5,00 yang mana masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik.

Purwokerto is the capital of Banyumas Regency. That makes Purwokerto the main center of activity in Banyumas Regency so that the growth rate of the City of Purwokerto is higher than the surrounding area. Good urban development must still pay attention to environmental aspects, including Green Open Space (GOS). Green Open Space according to the Regulation of the Public Works Number: 05/PRT/M/2008 is an elongated area / pathway and / or grouped, the use of which is more open, a place to grow plants, both those that grow naturally and are intentionally planted. The existence of green space has very important benefits for an urban environment, especially green space parks. This study uses the digitization on screen method in the Geographic Information System (GIS) to analyze the area of green space in the city of Purwokerto. The results of the green space visualization in this study were mapped from the results of digitizing on screen SPOT 7 image in 2019 and displayed in the form of webGIS. The results of this study are Purwokerto City has a total green space area of 2.134,887 ha or equivalent to 52,24% of the total area of Purwokerto City. The area of Private Green Open Space of Purwokerto City is 1.966,178 ha or equal to 48,11% of the total area of Purwokerto City and the area of Public Open Space of Purwokerto City is 168,710 ha or equal to 4,13% of the total area of Purwokerto City. Suitability of Private Green Open Space to the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number: 05/PRT/M/2008 has met the minimum limit of 10%. Meanwhile, the suitability of public green open space does not meet the minimum limit of 20%. The suitability of GOS Purwokerto City has met the minimum limit of 30%. The Green Open Space of Purwokerto City Park is 8,889 ha or equal to 0,22% of the Purwokerto City area. The availability of green open space in the park has met and some has not met the minimum population limit. The overall results of the webGIS usability test scored 4,14/5,00 which is included in the Very Good category.
