Peran wanita sebagai ibu dan karyawan kerap kali menimbulkan work-family conflict sehingga perlu dicegah karena banyak menimbulkan efek yang negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan work family conflict pada PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Populasi penelitian ini, yaitu 60 karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa tengah dan DIY. Subjek diperoleh 51 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik studi populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua buah Skala Work-Family Conflict (27 aitem valid, α = 0,888) dan Skala Perceived Organizational Support (33 aitem valid, α = 0,957), yang telah diujicobakan pada 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,295 dengan p=0,036 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti, yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan work-family conflict dapat diterima.
