PARADOKS MASKULINITAS: PERSEPSI MAHASISWA YOGYAKARTA TERHADAP NORMALISASI PELECEHAN SEKSUAL DAN PELABELAN FEMININ PADA KORBAN PRIA YANG MENYUARAKAN PENOLAKAN

Pelecehan seksual terhadap laki-laki seringkali dianggap sepele karena pengaruh kuat maskulinitas hegemonik, yang mengharuskan laki-laki untuk selalu kuat, dominan, dan menahan diri dari menunjukkan kerentanan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti persepsi normalisasi pelecehan seksual terhadap laki-laki sebagai korban dan menganalisis bagaimana gender memengaruhi pelabelan feminitas terhadap laki-laki yang mengekspresikan perlawanan. Studi ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional melalui survei yang melibatkan 156 mahasiswa di Yogyakarta. Instrumen pengukuran dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator dari Skala Penerimaan Mitos Pemerkosaan Laki-laki dan Skala Konflik Peran Gender. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji Mann–Whitney U, dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 50,6% mahasiswa menganggap pelecehan seksual terhadap laki-laki sebagai kejadian normal. Lebih lanjut, normalisasi ini memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pelabelan feminitas, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,032 < 0,05 (B = 0,800; Wald = 4,597; p = 0,032). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa normalisasi pelecehan seksual dan pelabelan feminin adalah hasil dari maskulinitas hegemonik yang berfungsi untuk membungkam korban laki-laki dan memperkuat stigma gender.
