KESEHATAN MENTAL GENERASI ALPHA: SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

Generasi Alpha merupakan generasi pertama yang tumbuh sepenuhnya dalam lingkungan digital sejak usia dini, sehingga menghadapi dinamika perkembangan psikologis yang berbeda dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya. Paparan teknologi yang intens, perubahan pola interaksi sosial, serta tuntutan perkembangan anak dan remaja awal berpotensi memengaruhi kondisi kesehatan mental generasi ini. Oleh karena itu, scoping review ini bertujuan untuk memahami gambaran kesehatan mental Generasi Alpha berdasarkan bukti empiris yang tersedia dalam literatur ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA-ScR. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada basis data Scopus dan ProQuest menggunakan kerangka PCC (Population: Generasi Alpha; Concept: kesehatan mental; Context: berbagai negara). Proses seleksi meliputi tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan inklusi artikel. Dari 59 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 4 artikel empiris memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara naratif. Hasil scoping review menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental Generasi Alpha dipengaruhi oleh interaksi berbagai faktor, meliputi hambatan struktural dalam akses layanan kesehatan mental, pola ekspresi emosi yang dimediasi oleh bahasa dan budaya digital, paparan media sosial dan konten komersial, serta dinamika psychological well-being dalam konteks sekolah dan perkembangan remaja awal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesehatan mental Generasi Alpha perlu dipahami sebagai fenomena multidimensional dan kontekstual. Integrasi teori perkembangan remaja, self-determination theory, dan konsep eudaimonic well-being memberikan kerangka teoretis yang relevan untuk memahami kesejahteraan psikologis Generasi Alpha di era digital.
