EFEKTIVITAS INTERVENSI COGNITIVE BEHAVIOR COUPLE THERAPY DALAM PERMASALAHAN PERKAWINAN: TINJAUAN STUDI NARATIF

Abstract
Konflik yang terjadi dalam pernikahan memberikan dampak psikologis bagi pasangan. Pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT) bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas intervensi CBCT dalam isu-isu perkawinan dengan prinsip kognitif dan perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Narrative Literature Review menggunakan database Scopus, Proquest, Pubmed, Sage Publications, dan Science Direct. Artikel yang digunakan diterbitkan tahun 2014-2024, berbahasa inggris, dan membahas penerapan CBCT pada pasangn menikah. Berdasarkan delapan artikel ditemukan bahwa CBCT terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pasangan, penurunan depresi, meningkatkan penyesuaian pasangan, kepuasan perkawinan, dan mengurangi konflik. Meskipun demikian, terdapat keterbatasan seperti ukuran sampel yang minim, kurangnya kelompok kontrol, dan prosedur intervensi yang tidak rinci. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas karakteristik sampel, dan metode kualitatif dapat digunakan agar lebih komprehensif.
