Senjangan kesiapan digital guru merupakan tantangan krusial dalam efektivitas e-learning di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi literasi digital dengan sikap guru terhadap e-learning . Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sebanyak 114 guru di Jawa Barat berpartisipasi melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara berani menggunakan instrumen Self-Perceived Evaluations of Digital Literacy Competencies dan E-Learning Attitudes Questionnaire . Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi linier . Hasil: Ditemukan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi literasi digital dan sikap terhadap e-learning (r = 0.485, p < .001), di mana literasi digital menjelaskan 23,5% variansi sikap.
