ANALISIS ILMIAH BIBLIOMETRIK TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PADA FENOMENA IMPOSTOR SYNDROME DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA

Abstract
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi mengenai Impostor Syndrome di kalangan mahasiswa. Impostor syndrome merupakan  kondisi psikologis di mana individu meragukan kompetensi diri meski memiliki bukti keberhasilan, memperburuk situasi ini dengan menimbulkan kecemasan, ketakutan akan kegagalan, dan persepsi kesuksesan sebagai kebetulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena  Impostor Syndrome di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi parameter, deskriptif publikasi, mengilustrasikan pola sitasi, mengekstrak kata kunci penulis, dan mengevaluasi kinerja penelitian dengan topik Fenomena Impostor Syndrome di Kalangan Mahasiswa. Data diperoleh dari basis data Google Schoolar sebanyak 996 artikel dengan mengeksplorasi tren penelitian impostor syndrome hingga tahun 2024. Analisis ini merupakan analisis bibliometrik yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program Publish and Perish dan VOSviewers. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan pemetaan penelitian terkait impostor syndrome dengan mengidentifikasi penulis yang paling berpengaruh, universitas, negara yang paling produktif terkait impostor syndrome, tren topik penelitian terkait impostor syndrome, dan perkembangan penelitian impostor syndrome. Tema penelitian meliputi pengukuran, faktor pada mahasiswa, dan dampak pada mahasiswa. Sumber literatur yang terbatas menekankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian ini memetakan literatur, mengidentifikasi pada kalangan mahasiswa, dan dapat memberikan panduan untuk penelitian di masa depan.
