Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) menjadi harta yang paling berharga bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk terus menjalankan dan mengembangkan usaha yang mereka miliki. Oleh karena itu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) diperlukan untuk mengelola semua SDM yang ada agar dapat berdinamika dengan baik dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. MSDM memiliki tugas utama yakni meningkatkan aspek-aspek yang dimiliki oleh organisasi ataupun perusahaan dan dalam menjalankan tugasnya, MSDM harus menjamin bahwa tugas-tugas mereka tersebut memiliki kualitas dan konsistensi yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan literatur yang diambil melalui media publikasi ilmiah ScienceDirect. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa MSDM bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan kinerja dan melakukan perencanaan terhadap SDM ke depannya yang berkaitan dengan seluruh hubungan antar divisi maupun individu dalam organisasi ataupun perusahaan.
