HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEBERFUNGSIAN KELUARGA DENGAN PARENTING SELF-EFFICACY PADA IBU DENGAN ANAK AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan parenting self-efficacy. Keluarga yang dapat berfungsi secara efektif mampu mengembangkan parenting self-efficacy yang dimiliki oleh ibu dalam menghadapi tantangan proses pengasuhan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) di Kota Semarang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah 48 ibu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua model skala Likert yaitu Skala Parenting Self-Efficacy (27 aitem valid, α=0,926) dan Skala Keberfungsian Keluarga (29 aitem valid, α=0,940) yang telah diuji cobakan kepada 30 ibu yang memiliki anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan parenting self-efficacy yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy=0,537 dengan signifikansi p=0,000 (p<0,05). Keberfungsian keluarga memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,9% terhadap parenting self-efficacy.
